Woodford Cape Town is affordable, they have well looked after clean cars, staff are extremely friendly, and it literally takes less than 10 mins to get a car.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I got involved with Woodford Car Hire. The booking was easy and when I eventually got to pickup the hired vehicle I was greeted by a friendly, pleasant and chirpy lady. The transaction was simple and the vehicle was great. The return of vehicle was also made easy. Thank you Woodford Car Hire for your excellent professional service..I will definitely recommend your service to others.

I enjoyed the hire service. But I didn't like getting messages that I had not returned the car when it was returned 2 hours early. Obviously no one actually checked before sending out the messages

The initial booking and customer service experience was seamless. However, upon returning the vehicle, the situation deteriorated significantly. After inspecting the car, they misplaced the keys yet proceeded to close the rental despite not having them. They then claimed 1 returned the vehicle empty, fabricated the kilometres travelled, and charged me for fuel. When I disputed these charges, was sent from pillar to post. I even went to the Hatfield branch to address the matter in person, only to discover that they were fully aware of what went wrong, knew who was responsible, and still chos not to correct it. The conduct of the supervisor, Lerato, at the Hatfield branch was particularly unacceptable.

Thank you @Woodford for making the whole process less stressful,.convenient and less costly. The staff was helpful and able to guide and resolve issues I had prior to pick up. The car I booked along with specifiee notes was the car I received thats a big plus for me.
