What is the procedure if the car breaks down?

·      Our 24/7 emergency control centre will be more than able to assist with all breakdowns and emergencies. We usually provide a replacement car within 120 minutes should it be a fault of our own (maintenance fault).

·      The vehicle will be assessed by an approved dealership before being issued with a replacement vehicle.

·      A replacement vehicle will not be issued should the fault arise from the negligence of the rental agreement holder.
